He said it is sad that Nigeria, the biggest black country in the world, is under siege by terrorists who are trying to root out the citizens. "As a soldier, the best defense is attack. Right now, we are all sitting ducks. These people are armed to the teeth with weapons of mass destruction but we don't have them. We have the numbers and the land belongs to us. They are trying to colonise us and take over

Effective Leadership Qualities Of AGBU KEFAS  By: Wunubo Mikky Gani Becoming a great leader is something everyone wants, but it can be very difficult if you lack the right skills and ideas. This piece focuses on effective leadership qualities and skills that you should focus on developing if you want to become a great leader. These ideas are inspired by Agbu Kefas, a widely known philanthropist and politician with a true focus on leadership and discipline. There are many things to learn from him, and here are some of the main leadership qualities you should focus on!  1. Having a vision As a leader, your focus is to establish a vision and stick to it. Having the right vision can really make a difference, and it will inspire your team to rally around you. The lack of any vision is problematic and it’s certainly something to think about in a situation like this. Just see what Agbu Kefas had to say, he has a vision to and that is something he is very passionate about. He will

THE CRY I PROMISE YOU

MY TEARS WILL HAUNT YOU  It was happening there Now I found myself here I was conceived out of wedlock By a careful careless mother with a heart like padlock.  Who wasn't ready to mother me Yes! IN THE EYES OF THE HERO

OH! MY IROKO  Oh! my iroko, Why did you fall? Why did you allow the wind to break your heart? When your name was called in the night, Like shadow, You left me in darkness. Oh! my iroko, I ask myself, How true that; My Calabash broke and i will not longest drink from it. Oh! my iroko, At the river bank, Your footprint were found. But when i searched and searched for you, I heard a fading voice of katakpa, masa-ibi and agbunshu all combined calling your name simultaneously. I realized death has shallow an eagle, Indeed an iroko has passed. Oh! my iroko, Where are you? Ajifada@2022 Shakespeare DE Phenomenon poet.

Some Picks from Appeal Court's Order; A Lawyers' Position

ASUU: Picks from Appeal Court Order This development has been well-trashed in a lawyers' forum and the take aways are these: 1. That Order of the Appeal Court with the conditions surrounding it is incapable of being complied with.  2. Where is the justice in coercing ASUU to comply with what they want to Appeal against? A court doesn't make an order in a vacuum or an order that cannot be enforced. Also, courts do not take sides and they examine every circumstances of what led to the dispute in the first place. 3. Why the Government approached the Court was because they wanted the Lecturers back to classrooms and the Lecturers have been saying that they couldn’t until a workable Agreement is reached. 4. One of the oldest principles in law is *Pacta Sunt Servanda* (“agreements must be kept”). It's the Govt  that has come to equity with "dirty hands", not ASUU. Can the Court close its eyes to the various documented breaches of past agreements? No. 5. In l
